Registration



 

Registration Fees:

Early bird until February 15th, 2025: DKK 3.300,00
After February 15th, 2025: DKK 4.100,00
Students: DKK 2.500,00
Exhibitors DKK 2.700,00 For exhibitors attending as a sponsor or with a booth.

The registration fee includes lunch and coffee breaks during the conference, conference materials and poster sessions.

Conference dinner May 8th: 600 DKK

Conference dinner exhibitors May 8th: 950 DKK

Workshop on May 7th from 14:00 - 17:00: 500 DKK

Everyone is welcome, including laboratory staff, research scientists, and medical doctors.

Grants: A limited number of grants of each 5,000 DKK are available for young scientists or scientists traveling a long distance. To apply for a grant, please send an application to Frederik Banch Clausen via email: frederik.banch.clausen@rh.regionh.dk

The application must include:
1. Name, education, title, and affiliation
2. A short description of maximum 500 words of yourself and your work

Applicants to be awarded with a grant will be selected by the Organizing and Scientific Committee. Deadline for submission: February 10th, 2025.


Cancellation Conference fee:

- For cancellations or reductions made before February 15th, 2025, the full amount will be refunded less an administration fee of DKK 250 per registration and any transaction fees which might occur. 

- No refunds will be made after this date. Cancellation of an existing registration can be made by sending an e-mail to: reg@meetingplanners.dk The organizer or the congress agency cannot be held responsible for reimbursement of hotel bookings or the conference dinner in case if the conference is cancelled. 

Hotelreservation: 

- For cancellations or reductions made before April 15th, 2025, the full amount will be refunded less an administration fee of DKK 250 per hotel room and any transaction fees which might occur. 

- No refunds will be made after this date. Cancellation of an existing booking can be made by sending an e-mail to: reg@meetingplanners.dk The organizer or the congress agency cannot be held responsible for reimbursement of hotelbookings or the conference dinner in case if the conference is cancelled.

Liability & Insurance
The registration fees do not include the insurance of participants against personal accidents, sickness, and cancellations by any party, theft, loss or damage to personal possessions. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation, cancellation and personal effects.

Payment


The full registration fee is due at the time of registration. For late registrations, payment must be completed before the conference begins, in accordance with the terms outlined below. Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer.

Payment by credit card

To process your reservation, please provide the necessary credit card information on the online registration form. Your credit card will be charged for the conference fee in DKK.

Bank transfer

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, an invoice will be sent to you after completing the online registration. Payment must be made within 8 days of receiving the invoice. Please ensure the invoice number is referenced on the transfer order (for all delegates if paid in a single transaction). Danish delegates can also pay via EAN; please remember to include the EAN number during registration.
